Along with this week’s photo I was inspired by the song “Hotel California”. If you haven’t hear it, check it out.
They pulled up to the hotel in stunned disbelief, this couldn’t be the place the attendant told them about.
Grabbing their bags, the three girls tugged their suitcases into the dusty entrance towards the front desk.
After ringing the bell twice they were about to leave when the shadow of an old woman appeared at the top of the stairs; “Welcome to the Hotel California, I hope you plan to stay awhile”; an audible click as the door shut behind them.

I had the same thought when I saw the image prompt…or that of the Bates Hotel. Sweet!
